Let Go, Hold On is an artistic interpretation of the ‘Window of Tolerance’ framework (coined by Dr. Dan Siegel) that is helpful for people coping with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. It refers to a space or threshold where life’s ups-and-downs are significantly more tolerable and manageable.

I designed this wooden nickel so that people coping with PTSD symptoms might be reminded to slow down if they’re anxious or speed up if they’re depressed.
